By creating an account or playing Outpost Nova you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The game

Outpost Nova is a free browser game, provided as it is, with no promises that it will always be available, bug-free or kept in its current form. We may change, reset or retire parts of the game, or the whole game, at any time. Progress and items have no cash value.

Your account

• You are responsible for your password and recovery code. Keep them safe. If you lose both, we cannot recover the account.
• One person, one account. Do not share your account or pretend to be someone else.

Playing fairly

• Do not cheat. That includes editing saves, using bots or scripts to play for you, and exploiting bugs for an advantage. Please report bugs instead.
• Choose a respectful username. Names containing slurs or swearing, or impersonating the game or staff, are not allowed.
• Be decent in chat: no harassment, hate speech, threats, spam or sharing other people's private information.
• Do not attack or overload the game's servers or try to get at other players' accounts.

Enforcement

We may mute, reset, suspend or delete accounts, hide highscore entries or remove names that break these terms, with or without notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Outpost Nova is provided without warranty and we are not liable for loss of progress, data or access. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
